We roast culturally rooted small-batch coffee, 10 lbs at a time, with your culture in mind, free of judgment and jargon. Dark, light, medium, and decaf; ground however you need it to brew it however you want. Why complicate it? We know your coffee ritual is unique and that you just want good coffee; we're on the same page! We roast different coffee throughout Latin America each month because we love all of it. We roast monthly at CoRo Roastery in Berkeley to bring that freshly roasted coffee to your kitchen. We buy our beans directly from CoRo which sources delicious green coffee from throughout Latin America while paying close attention to supporting the supply chain and small farmers by paying premium for the best-tasting beans. Cool, huh?
